Frequently asked questions
What is an AI agent and how is it different from an automation?
An automation follows fixed rules; an AI agent also understands free text (a WhatsApp message, an invoice, an email) and decides the next step. We combine both depending on the task.
Do I need to use SKANDA to hire an automation?
No. Many agents integrate better with SKANDA, but we also connect them to the tools you already use: your spreadsheet, your email, your ERP or your WhatsApp Business.
Does the WhatsApp chatbot work with my current number?
Yes. We work on the official WhatsApp Business API, so you keep your number, your name and your verification. You decide what it answers on its own and when it hands the conversation to you.
How accurate is the invoice and delivery note OCR?
Very high on typical supplier invoices (lines, tax, totals and tax details). Even so, everything lands in a review queue: you validate it in seconds before it goes to accounting.
How long until it's running?
A simple automation can be live in a few days; more complex integrations take a little longer. We give you an estimated timeline along with the quote.
How is the price calculated?
By scope, the integrations required and the volume. There are no fixed rates because every agent is different, but you'll always know the price before we start.
Who builds the automations? What are your qualifications?
The two of us build them, software engineers from the University of Seville, not an intern or a subcontracted supplier. On top of the degrees, we've built SKANDA, a complete catering ERP, and hold two certifications publicly verifiable from this page: the n8n Professional Certificate from n8n Academy and Claude Code in Action from Anthropic Education.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. We work with encrypted data and servers in the European Union, and we sign a data processing agreement. Your data and your clients' data stay under your control.
What if my task isn't on the list?
