Frequently asked questions
What does the Essential plan include?
€99/month + VAT: 1 user, up to 3 active events per month, 50 recipes, recipe costing, 5 AI invoice scans a month, quotes and email support with a reply within 48 hours.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. You pay for 10 months and get 12: 2 months free. Professional goes from €3,000 to €2,500/year; Essential from €1,188 to €990/year.
What does the onboarding session involve?
A 60-minute video call in which we set up your first recipes and ingredients and review your event workflow. Valued at €150 and included with Professional.
Can I add more users on Professional?
Yes. Professional includes 4 users and you can add more for €15/month each.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
No minimum term. Cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the billed period.
Is my data safe?
SSL encryption, servers in the EU (Supabase), payments through Stripe (PCI DSS) and GDPR compliance.
How long does it take to load my recipes?
Most clients have their first 10 recipes loaded in under an hour. On Professional we walk you through it step by step.
How does priority support work?
Professional clients get email and chat support with a guaranteed reply within 24 hours on working days. Our team is human: you won't get automated replies from a bot.
When will the HACCP module be available?
It's in development and isn't part of any plan yet. When it ships, it will generate the critical control point plan from the recipes and ingredients you already have on record, ready to present at an inspection.
Can I move from Essential to Professional?
Yes, from your dashboard and at any time. The change applies instantly and you only pay the proportional difference.
